With timeless style, driven by an unparalleled imagination, Rushka Bergman is a fashion editor with a strong, sharp and sophisticated vision. Her passion for any form of creative expression is clearly visible in her work, which shows multi-layered influences from the Old Renaissance Masters to minimalism and today’s modern art. New York based, Serbian born, Rushka received her degree in Economics from The University of Belgrade and shortly thereafter moved to Ghana where she continued her studies in Fine Art.

Rushka has played a part in several memorable projects, such as Calvin Klein’s book American Women, where she teamed up with singer/photographer Bryan Adams and styled some of America’s most unforgettable women, including Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.

In addition, she participated in the creation of the lavish volume, Giorgio Armani, in conjunction with the Italian designer’s exhibitions at The Guggenheim Museum in New York and The Royal Academy Of Art in London. Together with photographer Tom Munro she created the cover as well as numerous images for the inside part of the book.

Rushka Bergman is currently Contributing Fashion Editor for Italian L’Uomo Vogue and Vogue Italia. Rushka has styled a profusion of people for L’Uomo Vogue and is renowned for visualizing unparalleled, creative covers and editorial features. Her notable subjects include musicians such as Michael Jackson, Jay-Z, Beyonce, Sting, David Byrne, Björk, Kanye West, Frank Ocean, Usher, P Diddy, A$AP Rocky, and Snoop Dogg; directors Steven Spielberg, Tim Burton, David Cronenberg, David Lynch, Quentin Tarantino, Ang Lee, Oliver Stone, Bennett Miller, Stephen Frears, Wong Kar-Wai, Darren Aronofsky, and David Fincher; actors Robert DeNiro, Morgan Freeman, Christoph Waltz, Mickey Rourke, Tim Roth, Samuel L. She regularly collaborates with photographers Tom Munro, Bruce Weber, Peter Lindbergh, Paolo Roversi, Mark Seliger, Greg Kadel and Miles Aldrige as well as filmmaker/photographer Francesco Carrozzini. His short film “1937”, which was selected at the 2008 Venice Film festival, is graced by her impeccable taste as costume designer.

Rushka is sought after by both celebrities and fashion houses for her consulting expertise and unique vision. Most notably she acted as creative consultant and stylist for Michael Jackson, including for his film ‘This Is It,’ the biggest concert movie and documentary in the history of cinema. Rushka has shaped beauty campaigns for L’Oreal and Shiseido and advertising campaigns for Valentino, Pringle of Scotland, Bally, MANGO, Emporio Armani and Charles David.

Also, her styling is featured on America’s Next Top Model. She is now working on several art projects related to a museum exhibition, in addition to creating short films.
